• Television Without Pity is selling a cute Heroes-inspired t-shirt.
• Raj, who was a big douche on The Apprentice a few seasons ago, ran for Congress and lost.  Big.  Things not working in his favor include the fact that he a) is a Republican b) stands by accusations that his non-doctor opponent performed abortions on unwilling women.  For real. 
• American Idol is going to premiere on Jan. 16 with a "four-hour, two-night audition spectacular."  Just know that it's coming, 'kay?
