Grey's Anatomy continues to unite us in frustration and addiction. Tonight, the beginning of a three-part arc about… a ferry disaster. Not as immediately arresting as "there's a bomb in that dude's stomach," huh? Are they running low on catastrophes to get personally affected by?

Ugly Betty continues its fashion week. (Real fashion week: also happening now.) I think I'm back to where I was several months ago, where I'm just not seeing the need for this show in my life anymore.

Men in Trees looks totally dreadful, by the way.  

But those are the bad-for-you ABC soaps. Tonight's really about the endlessly enriching NBC sitcoms.

From the teaser for The Office, we know that Michael gives a toast at Phyllis's wedding. I cannot imagine anything more horrifying than Michael giving a wedding toast. Scarier than Primeval. 

And to top it all off, a Valentine's Day episode of 30 Rock sounds positively delightful, especially because it means more Isabella Rossellini.

You take a week off to go puppysit and suddenly you're Wheezy McRubberlegs. 

• Denny Duckett will once again bring his drawl to Seattle Grace as Jeffrey Dean Morgan has signed on to appear in a future episode of Grey's Anatomy.  
• And suddenly, writing on a TV blog seems very industrious.  These guys created Nintendo Wii versions of all the people from The Office. They even got Mose and Carol.
• I didn't even realize it til this morning, but Survivor: Fiji premieres tonight. The season started off on a strange note as one castaway dropped out before the show even started.
• Harold Parrineau (Michael from Lost) is set to star in an exorcism drama .  This makes it seem like he's not coming back to the beach anytime soon.
• TV Guide has a little round-up of pilots including projects from Jane Lynch (from the Christopher Guest movies), LL Cool J and (eek!) Rashida Jones from The Office.
