Welcome to the first ever Official TiFaux March Madness Television Hotness Tournament!
In this historic undertaking, 64 of the hottest television women and 64 of the hottest television men will battle it out in a single-elimination tournament voted on by our readers.
Right now we’ve got the first round of the women’s competition up and running. Click through to download a bracket to make your predictions and vote for your favorites. Or you can go to the Tournament page up top at any time for updates.
The first round of the women’s competition closes at midnight on Friday, March 23rd, so vote early and often!

FYI for tournament enthusiasts: the ladies are not seeded; rather, they are paired up based on a theme or particularly difficult choice. We hope this will prompt bitter, friendship-ruining fights when you pick Sarah Michelle Gellar over Kristen Bell.

I was fully expecting Cristin and Maggie to be somewhere on the bracket, perhaps versus Bridget Moynahan and Tina Fey, respectively.
If Bridget Moynahan is the closest thing I have to a TV doppleganger, I can now officially die in peace. And, DAMN, how did I forget her?? Maybe next year, Bridge! Sorry about 6 Degrees!

I’m just pissed that I have to pick between two of my favorite characters in the first round. I don’t want to have to choose between Starbuck and Kaylee

Yes, there are problems with not seeding, but it’s worth it for the themed matches, I think. Races I’m currently watching with interest: Katee Sackhoff/Jewel Staite, Salma Hayek/Katherine Heigl, Tricia Helfer/Giada whatever-her-name-is. If Tricia Helfer does not advance this round, something is wrong with the universe. Also Kate Walsh/Jennifer Aniston. Come on, Addison! You can do it!
Starbuck vs. Kaylee is just mean, people. Seriously. I hate to be mean to poor Kaylee, but my girlcrush on Kara Thrace knows few bounds.
And Katie, Katee Sackhoff kicks two dozen kinds of ass, so I wouldn’t mock her name.
I would have preferred to see Sara Ramirez in the voluptuous battle. She could eat Katherine Heigl for dinner but would then spit her out because she tastes like self-righteousness.
