We at TiFaux are proud to present the 64 hottest television men, organized in bracket format. Even if we didn’t have room for all your favorites, you will have to admit that this a fine-looking group of gentlemen. You know the drill — vote for who you think is hottest, and the winners of those pairs will advance to the next round. The dudes are not seeded; once again we thought it would be more fun to have themed matches in the first round. Get your vote in by Friday and we’ll post the next round of voting by Monday.

Apologies to the “regulars” around here, I’m sure there must be a lot of commotion from what basically amounts to tour busses filled with fans for a specific show/character suddenly unloading their screaming, cheering passengers on your peaceful way of life. I know I wandered in from a mailing list.

Interesting categories/match-ups. Poor Logan…he’s such a great character, but there’s no way he can compete with the militant Spike fans. …Or, really, Spike…I mean, they’re both around when their ladies need punches thrown, but I’m pretty sure Spike hits a little harder.

The Jon Stewart vs. Stephen Colbert thing was the hardest one…I still haven’t decided yet.

Is it really fair to single out only the Vartan fans? It appears that the average vote for most candidates is about 2,000; Tahmoh has almost 16,000 votes… how do you assume, then, that all his votes are valid while the votes for Michael are not?

I don’t know that the other fans aren’t stuffing the ballots, but for Vartan, I KNOW its stuffed because the fans are talking about it on fan site devoted to him. They are encouraging the members to come here and vote and vote often. Watch how quickly his numbers rise in the next few days.

As Barlee pointed out, Tahmoh has at least 3 times as many votes than anyone in any of the other brackets, but I’m POSITIVE that those are all valid.

Michael Vartan has legions of fans for good reasons. Why do you attack the people who fought to keep him on Alias? Why would people have bothered if they didn’t think he was worth it? That’s a sign of a winning combination in an actor. We who wrote the network and sponsors aren’t lunatics. That was a commitment to keep him on a show we loved and that we knew would not be the same without him - and it wasn’t, as the numbers proved. I don’t think most of us have time to sit around and vote a zillion times for him just for a poll that relatively few people will even know about. It would be fun to see him do well or even win but it doesn’t compare with saving his job and, in our eyes, OUR show in our hearts. And by the way, it’s amazing to me he’s winning given how that picture does not do him justice and Helo’s pic is so hot! Here’s hoping for a picture that looks more like him for the later rounds.
