When I saw that Vartan advanced to round 4 I decided to resign to the fact that there are more Hos out there then I thought. I was all set to give kudos to his fans. Sadly, I found out that the Hos (their choice of name, not mine) have figured out a way to cheat, again. They are giving out cheat instructions at IMDB.
One person from Friday said they voted 50 times.
Someone today said they spent 30 minutes voting 40 times. Another person managed to get in a measly 3 votes and counting.

Just to be fair, I checked out Nathan Fillion’s and Wentworth Miller’s site at IMDB and they don’t mention this poll at all.

Seriously the first match up was very very hard for me. i am a huge fan of both Michael and Wentworth but my loyalty lies with Michael Vartan. I need to see more votes for Michael please. Where are all of the other VartanHos? C’mon ladies come and vote for Michael.

I think it’s pretty funny that the only group being singled out are the Vartan fans. Aliasfan is obviously trying to malign them for some reason. Are Vartan’s fans cheating? Probably, but if you look at all the categories periodically you will see huge jumps in the numbers. I’ve seen jumps of as much as 300 votes in an hour for Miller, as was the case in the last round for Fillion and smaller but noticeably incongruent votes for all the men. All of the categories obviously have cheating going on. Is it fair? No. Will it stop? Again no, but to single out one group is truly ridiculous and to keep maligning them is getting tiresome. This isn’t a political race. It’s a supposedly fun online poll. Some people just really need to relax.

SInce Krasinski lost the last round, I’m only here to vote against Wentworth, because seriously?! UGH! There is definitely cheating going on. There is no way Miller beat Krasinski by over 1,000 votes, especially since many of them coming in less than 24 hours. I’m sorry, not that many people came here to vote for one person in that short amount of time. Also, I know some people were able to vote numerous times, while others were only able to vote once. So the best man isn’t necessarily going to be the winner. Just the one whose fans sit there for hours and cheat. Go figure…

Aliasfan, the VartanHo website is NOT, REPEAT NOT, posting any such instructions. I’m not sure the person doing it is even a VartanHo – it’s hard to tell at this point since it looks like the culprit deleted the post. It’s on an IMDB site so why do you assume it is an official VartanHo thing? There are 4000 plus VartanHos – so we really wouldn’t NEED to multiple vote. The VartanFan website hasn’t even mentioned this poll or you would really see the numbers jump. I agree with other posters – why are you picking on Vartan fans????

OMG. This is meant to be a fun on line poll . I think that some have lost sight of that and I am sure that most of the men whom we are voting for would be embarrassed by the sniping that has gone on amongst the fan bases justifying that ‘fan’ is a derivative of fanatic. I mean come on, we are not talking about voting to determine whether economic sanctions should be imposed on certain rogue states. Whilst I am not condoning cheating by ANY fan base, the results were ever hardly going to be ratified as fair by UN scrutineers were they?
Ofcourse my vote goes to Mr Vartan. I can see the qualities in the others, and Wentworth is undeniably hot, but Michael is the COMPLETE package – intelligence, looks, elegance, he appears so grounded and down to earth, has integrity, is athletic, a quick and dry sense of humour and girls – he speaks French, paints and plays guitar – what more do you want? Oh yeah, and I forgot to add that he also happens to be very good at his job. When he is in character, he becomes that person.
I mean, how could I not vote for a man that I still found attractive as a goth wearing more eyeliner than I have worn in my collective life?
Somehow I don’t think that Vartan fans will bother to launch an action in the Supreme Court to challenge the results as we know who is “The Man” (Not Irina!)

Hey. This was fun. If nothing else, some people got in touch with me over this poll who I haven’t heard of for a while to let me know it was on. I am sure that if it was done to me, and I would LOVE to see James Marsters on my TV screen again, then it was obviously done to the fans of other people. All polls are manipulated by fangurl focus groups!
