1st. With 42 years old, Maura Tierney doesn’t look more than 34, which is pretty remarkable, I think anyone will agree. With that bone structure of hers, you can be sure Jewel WON’T be looking like that in the future (not without the help of Mr. Scissors, anyway) — that is, of course, if anyone still remembers who the hell she is, three weeks from now.

2nd. Like Dana said in the other poll commentary board, as an actress, Tierney has got a very interesting curriculum. What has “Miss Precious Stone” ever done worth watching for more than six seconds without puking all over the screen?

The comments about Kristen are unfounded and completely untrue. I saw her at Comic Con. She was so sweet to all of her fans. When signing autographs she took time to talk to people. She isn’t controlling who doesn’t stay on the show. It’s all network BS. While I’m sure that the friend of a friend know ALL there is to know about every actor there ever was, I chalk this one up to mudslinging.

There is much proof floating around the kbell has been awful to her co-workers and crew. There are special sites (google them at your leisure) in LJ and elsewhere that have documented accounts, time after time, with several credible witnesses (sometimes including the cast members) that personify Kristen as a human being. Vote for whoever you want…just know that if you are voting for her, she considers you a fan, and she has been known to say aloud that she despises fans, “they’re dirty.”

rue - if she was so “horrible” to her co-workers and crew, why do they all worship the ground she walks on? How come people I know who have worked as an extra on set with her for a long long time say they have never ever seen even once instance of her being a bitch?

Considering Kristen has been nothing but nice to fans in person, I don’t really care what she thinks or says in her private life. I bet there is not a single famous person out there who could say they have not been pissed off with crazy fans at one point or another. Especially when you’re working 15-16 days every day and shoot movies in your spare time, probably makign you extremely cranky and stressed.

I think it’s like a rule that all women who are lead in a television show just get hated on. KB, Jennifer Garner, SMG, Lauren Graham.. all of them have come under attack at one point or another. Probably because if a woman ever puts a foot out of line she’s immediately labelled a bitch and a horrible person, yet there are a ton of men in Hollywood who are quite blatantly assholes and they’re just seen as cool.

More than a few people at VM and the networks have seen Kristen Bell’s true colors. I’ve heard some genuine and respectful fans called “creepy” after backs are turned, and worse. She’s turned into a prima donna.

Must ask: Do you really expect her “co”-workers, tv producers, and reporters (who want an interview), who have seen her bad side, to talk poorly about her in the press? It’s not good business for them. If you want to hear dirt, you’re going to have to find someone who will speak off the record.

Have you ever read any of Jason Dohring’s interview? The things he says about her are hardly him just being polite, and throwing out the usual “She’s great to work with!” line. If someone has worked with her for three years yet still proclaims to be “in love” with her, and that she’s the type of person he’d be attracted to, like his wife, she can’t be all that bad.

I don’t even care if she’s a bitch sometimes, because who isn’t? Especially people who work as hard as she does, she pretty much earns the right to be.

There’s a guy called Dave on KROQ radio station who has a pretty stalkery style crush on her, to scary extremes, yet she was completely sweet to him; she came into the studio just to surprise him, personally sent him flowers on Valentine’s Day, and because they both support the same basketball team, the other day she rang him up to chat to him (off air, I may add) about the fact that they won. At home she probably thinks “What a weirdo” but she’s made that guy’s life, he doesn’t shut up about it and he’s completely happy and thrilled with what she did for him. So as long as she can do that for people, I don’t really care what she thinks privately.

And anyhoo, this poll is about who’s hottest, not the least bitchy. And Kristen is undeniably hot.

JDoh is a very professional and very kind person so I wouldn’t expect him to say anything bad about her even if he knew everything. He doesn’t give the best interviews but he respects all of his costars and showers them with similar “love” when asked.

Louise, I know KB has been excused for being cranky and tired because she does work wicked long hours, but not all of her obnoxious behavior can be attributed to that. It’s not about her being a woman trying work in a man’s world either. She’s a professional. She is rightfully allowed her list demands just like any lead on any tv show. But she’s not above crossing a line of reason and making things difficult for others just to get what she thinks is due to her. Not a good idea for an actress who is on a failing tv show and hasn’t succeeded in building a bankable movie career after being given some good opportunities.

It really doesn’t matter how many fans love KB or how many people hear about her behind-the-scenes behavior, if she doesn’t stop making enemies in this business, she won’t last long in Hollywood anyway.

Do you even watch VM Ann? Last I saw Veronica Mars excelled at pre-judging people. She jumps to conclusions, lectures people about their lifestyle, tries to get innocent people fired, occasionally tazers them, then charges $500 for her “services”. VM is a messed-up character that should never be used to formulate an argument about right and wrong.

You may not be able to judge someone by their smile, but you can certainly make your own opinons about a person just by looking at them. This season, Veronica Mars taught me that anal rape jokes are A-okay to make at the victim’s expense as long as he’s a fratboy and that you’re a really good person if you convince your paroled “friend” to risk getting his butt thrown in jail for cubing another girl’s car just because you’re petty but then decide not to go through with it at the last minute. Because you’re SUCH a great person that doesn’t stoop to awful levels!!!!
