This may not really be a surprise to anyone, but David Hyde Pierce has sauntered out of the closet with his hands in his pockets. Like Neil Patrick Harris, it seems it was a sort of open secret among Hollywood types.

Normally, in these situation’s I’d say “Hooray! Welcome to gayhood! Jump on in! The water’s fine!”

But, in this instance, he’d likely reply “Dude, I’m already in the water. I’ve been here. I’ve been doing cannonballs here since you were a Bar Mitzvah. Now pass the mojitos.”
