But not Mother’s day on Studio 60:
Does it occur to anyone else that Jordan must die. A final chance to distinguish this series. When has a series ever killed off a main romantic lead as a finale (apparently not The Sopranos). OK Six feet under already did it, but that whole show was about death. Don’t you think that a serious ending to this disappointing (Yes, even I was occasionally disappointed) effort could be a saving grace.
Jordan dies, everyone else is fired, Danny is denied access to the baby, Tom’s brother is beheaded, Matt descends into addiction and is deserted by Harriet. It could happen…
Also AS could ‘pay back’ the adorable Ms. Peet for throwing a monkey wrench into his plan…

Uh-oh, I’m in trouble now.
It is my belief. My conviction. That her unplanned pregnancy hit this show upside the head just at the moment that it should have been solidifying story, characters, raison d’etre, et al.
OK. Hate me. I’m politically incorrect.
Maybe even wrong…
