In Dexter
As if there weren’t enough reasons to be looking forward to the fall, there’s one more show I’m excited to see return to the small screen: Dexter.
Here’s a teaser for the upcoming season. This is a show about a serial killer, you should know, so if you don’t want to watch a serial killer-y clip, don’t watch it.[kml_flashembed movie="http://www.youtube.com/v/eL4SZ6cv1y0" width="425" height="350" wmode="transparent" /]
Dexter had a really good, tight first season and I’m looking forward to what they’ve got in store for us in September. Admittedly, Michael C. Hall could make a video blog of his daily BM and it would make riveting entertainment, but he does interesting things with a character that could easily be one-note.

Right On! This was the single most unexpected and delightful show of the last year. Michael C. Hall cut a fine line between insanity and humanity. You could actually see him struggle with his mandate from his dad to use his sociopathic personality for good.
He is the true anti hero – or more precisely the anti-”anti-hero”. This show was a gem, but I had the feeling that it was over. We’ll see if they can make it happen a second time.
