I’ll thank you right now! The whole Internets will be looking for that naked picture of Vanessa Hudgens.

Maggie, where are you? No Naked HSM2 commentary?

The whole thing confuses me. It seems like a bizarrely staged publicity stunt, the aim of which is to… what? Make V. Hudge seem more “adult,” so she gets offered better parts? Or is this a really sad last grasp for attention by VH, tired of being upstaged by her “boyfriend”? All I know is that, like everything surrounding HSM, it seems outlandishly manufactured and calculated. It’s just a little harder to see the purpose, here.

I’m totally with you on it being staged. I mean, it’s blurry, but you can still see all the important parts. (What? Everyone looked at it.) And her people were all quick with the “Yeah, it’s real” stuff. But, the rub is the purpose. Maybe to squelch the Zac is gay rumors? Like: See! They do sexy hetero things like take dirty pics of each other! Stars, they’re just like us!
Maybe in Disney related PR eyes it’s better that V. Hudge (and Zac, assuming he was the intended private recipient) is a little dirty than that a tween star is gay?
I’m probably over thinking this which is sad…

I gave up on Brothers and Sisters midway through the season (just not my cup of tea I guess), and I still see Brenda Chenoweth every time I see Rachel Griffiths in anything, but that one line comeback comparing the boys kissing to interracial kissing a generation ago was spot on. Still not watching the show.

Same here regarding Brothers and Sisters. I didn’t have that problem with Griffiths, but instead kept waiting for that uncle character to send them all out searching for j.j. abrams’ plot conclusions. And I love Sally Field, but after the 4th tearful meltdown I lost the ability to empathize.
sidenote: why “vampire edition”? I’m not getting something, right?
