So I was watching SNL on Sunday afternoon, as you do, and they ran the card of the next host and musical guest, and I stared at it for almost a full minute wondering who the hell Brian Williams was. Athlete? Musician? Oh…news anchor. Of course.

That song was awesome. The haircuts have come full circle.
I really wish I could have lived in the 60s. The naughts really really suck.

That NY times article was cute. Stephen Colbert makes a decent columnist. And indeed when was the last time we had a man of letters testing the political waters?
Also, now that we know Creed sings, I feel the karyoke in the christmas episode missed an oppertunity. Ah well.

For the record, in the The Office’s karaoke Christmas episode, Creed actually does sing a song. In fact, he sings “Spinnin’ and Reelin’” by The Grass Roots (same band as the video), a song he actually wrote. No opportunities missed.
