MTV sucks at preserving this kind of thing (witness the State DVD announced for, and then unceremoniously delayed from, this fall). There was a "season 3" that MTV never aired that I believe they (the S&O guys; one is Liam Lynch who directs stuff for Sarah Silverman and Tenacious D... he also parlayed a S&O song, "United States of Whatever" into a minor joke-rock hit on one of his CDs) sold directly through their website, though I never bought it (I think it was during college when I wouldn't routinely throw money away on such things).
