I can’t believe that YouTube has access to the inner recesses of my brain — areas long left dormant.

On that note, I’d almost forgotten that Shakespeare’s Sister ever existed, even though their hit single “Stay” was inescapable during my childhood. I remembered that it was weird.  And dramatic.  But I didn’t quite understand how bizarre it was until I saw this clip again.

Project Runway ends tonight!

Grab your cattiest gays, a themed drink and perhaps a festive costume and get ready to find out that Christian wins. Of course, now that I’ve said Christian’s going to win a hundred times I’m sure Jillian or Rami are going to pull it out.

Here’s a preview of tonight’s episode. No big whoop, just the usual last-minute scrambling and designer nervousness. And Jay McCarroll resurfacing and making me angry just for being there.

About him: With a Filipino background, he focuses a lot on Asian flavors.

Ill-informed snap judgment: I have misgivings about both his smirk and his techno-lesbian stylings. I’m getting the feeling he might be a troublemaker.

Nikki

Age: 35

About her: At the ripe old age of 35, she’s one of the oldest of this rather nubile crew. She’s the chef and co-owner of her own restaurant in NYC.

Ill-informed snap judgment: She’s an experienced sommelier, businesswoman and cook. I’m thinking she’s going to win. I’m going to be bold and put it out there. If I’m right, I’ll bring this up later. If I’m wrong, I can’t imagine anyone is paying enough attention to this post to remind me of it later.

Age: 32

About her: A personal chef.

Ill-informed snap judgment: I don’t know what’s going on, but her bio is really short and vague. I’m guessing this mean she might get the early boot.
