The light at the end of the tunnel — it burns even brighter

I realize that I’ve already done a post on Heroes previews, but I still find it amazing that that show is still on the air.  It’s been a full seven months or so since we’ve seen a new episode!

Just imagine — in September, not only will we have new episodes of 30 Rock and The Office (the shows that are at the forefronts of our minds), but we’ll have new episodes of shows like Heroes and Pushing Daisies!  It’ll be a bright day and I’ll be able to actually have something to blog about.

In any case, here’s a teaser for the next season of Heroes — this time, subtitled “Villains.”

Here’s something you can watch

It’s the cast of The Office on Celebrity Family Feud.

Anyone?  Anyone?

Creed is so bizarre, even in real life.

Oh those gays and their disposable incomes

We may only be able to get married in two states and the presidential candidates don’t really like to talk or think about us, but the gays are out and about.

In fact, we are usually out and about at the mall. And capitalism knows no prejudice.

The Commercial Closet has nominated companies for awards based on their advertisements targeted toward the gays. Below, find the nominated clips.

Personally, I think the biggest strides are taken by Orbitz and Levi — two companies that could totally choose to ignore the demographic. Dolce & Gabbana need to embrace the community because if gay people don’t, who will.

(And that Wrigley add is just a bit too heterosexual man “ooh la la, lesbians!” for me.)

Which is your favorite commercial?
