Your daily indoctrination: Now featuring 80s sensations
Despite yesterday’s facetiousness (I didn’t hear about the presidential election through Teen People — it was Cosmo Girl), I have been all-consumed with politics these days. It comes with the territory when you live in DC. However, I need to show you a few more really great ads that oppose California’s Proposition 8.
This one is a take-off on the “I’m a Mac, I’m a PC” ads (and is possibly the only good thing to come out of that annoying and snobby campaign). It features Molly Ringwald and (presumably) her real-life family. They’re cute as all get-out.
This is good stuff. I mean, I have no idea what it’s like to be a swing voter in this situation, but it seems compelling to me.
Spread the word TiFaux readers! No on Prop 8!
